We are pleased that IndoLinen is now on the web! You can access our entire shop without registering, but you should log in to purchase any products. All you need is an email and phone number. Please, go to register page and fill all the informations needed.

How do I shop a product at

If you already know which product or what kind of product you want to purchase, click the magnifier icon on the top-right side and type its name or keywords in the "Search our Products" space. To browse, move your mouse pointer to "Our Menu Category" on the top of the webpage and click on a category then sub-category to find the product you want

Click on the photo or name of your selected product and it will take you to the product page which provides you the details of the product.

On the product page, when given option, please select color, size, and the number of items you wish to buy, then click "Add to Cart".

Can I make special requests/customize made?

We will try as much as possible to accommodate your special requests and or customize made products. Go to “Contact Us” and send us an email that contains your inquiry. We will be back to you as soon as possible.

When will I receive my order?

The process of preparing and packing goods takes  2-7 days after confirmation of payment. Delivery time will take another 1-5 days depending on the location and shipping expedition chosen

Can I change my order after making payment?

You cannot change the order (specification and quantity) after making a payment

What if the item I received is not as ordered?

There is tolerance of ± 8% of size, color, weight and quality. However, if you receive goods that are not suitable or damaged beyond this tolerance, then you can request a return or refund in accordance with IndoLinen's policy.
