Store Pickup

Store Pickup

Store Pickup lets you buy items online and pick them up in a store. You avoid shipping and scheduled delivery charges — and you may be able to get your order faster.

Here's how it works:

  • During checkout, choose Store Pickup and select your store
  • Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" email (this is a separate email from your order confirmation)
  • Bring your ID, credit card/Bank Transfer receipt and order number to the store and pick up your items

Finding Your Order Status

The status of your order is easy to find

  • Check your e-mail. You were required to enter an e-mail address during Checkout. You will receive e-mails at your address keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.
  • Visit the website. Login to our “My Account Page" and click "Your Purchases” at www.indolinen.com 24 hours a day. You may view information about your most recent orders as well as past orders.

Track Delivery

When you click on Track Order you will be prompted to input your order Numer and email. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current order or past orders. After your order is shipped, your tracking number if available will be displayed.
