Return Product INELIGIBLE if: 1. Product returned by the customer is damaged, defected by customer negligence.; 2. Products returned are in used conditions (washed and used); 3. Items returned without original packaging from IndoLinen.; 4. The Customer wants to change the specification and quantity of order after payment has been made (either deposit or full payment); 5. Informing a wrong order after the purchased has been placed and payment verification has been made is not acceptable. The paid order is considered as FINAL and cancellation of orders will not be allowed.; 6. The Customer failed to show the proof payment in the form of an invoice.; 7. Return product and refund requested exceed the due date which is 2 (two) days counting from the date the items received by the customer (according to the receipt);
