Production Time and Shipment
Your order will proceed 2-7 days after payment verified by IndoLinen Team. The shipping time may vary based on the shipping method.
The status of your order is easy to find :
- Check your e-mail. You were required to enter an e-mail address during Checkout. You will receive e-mails at your address keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.
- Visit the website. Login to our “My Account Page" and click "Your Purchases” at www.indolinen.com 24 hours a day. You may view information about your most recent orders as well as past orders.

- The difference in shipping costs arising from the transaction cannot be refunded.
Cancelation
You cannot change the specifications and quantity of goods after making a payment. If there is a change in specifications and quantity after payment is made,you have no right to change or cancel the order unilaterally.
Storage and Pickup
Storage of goods is a maximum of 15 days after the goods are declared ready for pickup / delivery. After 30 days the goods will be subject to a warehouse charge per month of 2% of the total order and the goods will be returned to IndoLinen warehouse

Returns
Return and Refund Policy
Return Product and Refund ELIGIBLE if:
- Customer entitled to ask for a refund if the item received is in a damaged condition (torn and stain) and unusable.
- Product returned by customer must be new (not washed and unused) and the product should be in the same condition as when it was received
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging from IndoLinen.
- Item received by the customer does not match specification stated on the invoice or company shipped the wrong item. (Example: wrong measurement or wrong color.)
- The Product received by the customer does not match the amount of quantity stated on the invoice and the customer can ask for a refund for the total of products that haven’t been delivered.
- Return product has to come with proof of purchase in the form of an invoice.
- Return product and refund referring to point A1, A4, and A5 can be requested within 2 (two) days counting from the date the items received by the customer (according to receipt)
Return Product and Refund INELIGIBLE if:
- Product returned by the customer is damaged, defected by customer negligence.
- Products returned are in used conditions (washed and used)
- Items returned without original packaging from IndoLinen.
- The Customer wants to change the specification and quantity of order after payment has been made (either deposit or full payment)
- Informing a wrong order after the purchased has been placed and payment verification has been made is not acceptable. The paid order is considered as FINAL and cancellation of orders will not be allowed.
- The Customer failed to show the proof payment in the form of an invoice.
- Return product and refund requested exceed the due date which is 2 (two) days counting from the date the items received by the customer (according to the receipt)
Refund and/or Return Products Procedure :
- Return product and/or refund is applicable to be submitted within 2 (two) days counting from the date the items received by the customer.
- Please make a request for return and refund through IndoLinen Customer Service (adm.mrkt@indolinen.com) or WhatsApp through +62 811-3960-1119 and fill the Return/Refund form along with a photo of the item received and the invoice.
- Customer Service Indolinen will review and submit the return products and/or refund to be forwarded to the management.
- Customers must return the products in 7 (seven) working days counting from the day the customer's request for return or refund approved by the Customer Service of IndoLinen. Return and Refund form should be sent to the following address:

- IndoLinen will not be held accountable for the shipment's cost of the shipping.
- IndoLinen Quality Control Team will check the returned product once it has arrived. IndoLinen Customer Service will inform the status of the submission of returns and/or refunds to the Customer no later than 3 (three) working days after the item is received.
- The Refund process to the customer’s account will be processed within 14 (fourteen) working days counting from the approval of the refund application.
